we are moving. that’s why we are looking for a tenant to move in to our 220-square-meter-loft by february 15th, 2009. there is a freight elevator, it is possible to upgrade the space into a recording studio. all the neighbours are quite nice and include film production companies, artists, actors and other recording studios.
rent per month excluding bills: euro 1.668,00 plus around 338,00 for heating, etc.
if you intend to remodel the space it is possible to negotiate a rent-free period. there are two parking spots available directly in front of the building for euro 50,00/month each. the lofts can be rented for commercial use only or a combined use of commercial and living.
