20 jahre deutsche wiedervereinigung – passend dazu verkünden wir am sonntag, den 04.10., die vereinigung von deutschland und england, mitte und steglitz, shoppen und spaß. wer verkörpert diese vereinigung besser als CHIKINKI. die halbe band lebt inzwischen in berlin, wer ihren fantastischen instore-gig im saturn in der schloßstraße vor fast genau 4 jahren gesehen hat, versteht den link zu steglitz. und am spaß fehlt es einer CHIKINKI show ganz sicher nicht.

am samstag, 26.09., wird es bizarr im zirkus 8 1/2 wochen. schlager brutal ist das thema und der herausforderer heisst ROMANO.
mit penetrantem charme und unwiderstehlicher dreistigkeit hat ROMANO in den letzten monaten die berliner musiklandschaft aufgemischt und quasi im sturm erobert. guerilla-auftritte bei MODESELEKTOR oder vor MARUSHA an silvester sorgten bei der versammelten creme de la creme der berliner dj- und produzenten für ein wechselbad zwischen entsetzen und absoluter begeisterung. neben breitestem grinsen gab es auch gleich erste produzentenanfragen.
nicht weniger bizarr die gäste des tages und nicht ohne grund unter falschem namen zugegen:
dj heinzi kohlmann und die umwerfenden ladies VIECHER.

with his insisting charme and resistless assurance ROMANO took over the berlin music scene within the last months. guerilla performances at MODESELEKTOR or MARUSHA sets didn´t just shock and surprise the crowd but made them all smile and even cry. distinguished producer´s offered their services right away.

das 8 1/2 wochen “festival” beginnt mit einem knaller. am samstag, den 12.09., gibt es gleich drei live sets von “the koletzkis”. die band wurde von techno dj oliver koletzki eigens für das wirklich grossartige neue album “großstadtmärchen” gegründet. und ja, live mit dabei die atemberaubende sängerin fran. zeitgleich wird sein streetwear-label “stil vor talent” bei einer modenschau präsentiert. den perfekten rahmen baut dj boris (panoramabar).

work less for more. haben wir uns zu herzen genommen und das wirklich gelungene zweite album von mittekill NICHT veröffentlicht. dafür aber die lorbeeren eingeheimst. wie es sich gehört. anhören lohnt sich trotzdem (anschauen übrigens auch wegen dem wunderbaren artwork). ganz gross wie der meistgesagte spruch im berghain morgens um 9: ist das wasser oder wodka?
